For all first time purchases, NETKROM TECHNOLOGIES requires legible photocopies of the front and back of the Credit Card and cardholder´s valid government issued ID showing the correct billing address.

PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you select PayPal as the payment method, a sales representative will send you a payment request link for you to make your payment on PayPal's website. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can sign up for an account.

We accept wire-transfer from anywhere in the world in U.S. dollars only. Once the funds have been confirmed in our account, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

Additional fees may apply to wire transfers in the USA and overseas.

NETKROM TECHNOLOGIES shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within FLORIDA.

NETKROM TECHNOLOGIES ships all products via UPS or USPS, according to the customer's preference.

All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Express Mail.

If an order is requested to be shipped through a forwarder, the customer must supply the necessary information.

We ship all orders the same business day if they are received before 2 P.M. EDT. Orders processed after 2 P.M. or on weekends will be shipped the following business day assuming stock is available. If any item is not in stock, you will be notified about the product status within 48 hours.
